Dr. Terry Schmunk, President, brings with him a long history of professional volunteer service, as exemplified in being awared the military outstanding volunteer service medal. He has headed up numerious volunteer missions and projects.

Douglas Hayhurst has a combination of over 25 years of military training and experience in personnel and organizational management in engineering and communications and over 15 years experience in healthcare emergency management. Douglas is certified as a Health Care Environmental Manager covering all areas of emergency management, disaster preparedness, safety, and security.
